Growth Marketing Lead
The Mission
We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Lead to architect the engine that will scale Verified across existing and new markets. Working directly with the VP Marketing, you will be a founding member of the marketing team - a "Builder-Strategist" who is world-class in driving revenue and building pipeline but also possesses the seniority to shape our broader marketing mix.
This role requires a combo of an analytical mind and a creative mindset. You aren't just here to manage a budget; you are here to build a repeatable system, experiment with non-obvious ways to capture attention in a crowded market and act as a force multiplier for the team through AI.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the VP Marketing to align growth experiments with the overall brand vision and company OKRs.
Architect the Growth Engine: Own the full-funnel strategy. From initial awareness to "SQL-ready," you’ll design the journeys that convert high-ticket compliance buyers.
The Swiss Army Growth Knife: You are channel-agnostic. Whether it’s mastering paid performance, organic loops or ABM, you deploy the right tool for the right stage of the B2B SaaS funnel.
Creative Problem Solving: Use your creative muscles to find "non-obvious" ways to reach our ICP. Whether it’s a unique content format or a clever distribution play, you think outside the standard B2B playbook.
AI-First Execution: You have been using AI tools for years to 10x your output. You’ll leverage AI for data analysis, content creation and workflow automation, setting the standard for efficiency across the org.
Master the HubSpot Stack: Own the technical infrastructure. You will build the lead scoring, attribution and automation that allows us to scale efficiently without adding unnecessary headcount.
The "Jobs-to-be-Done" Expert: Translate complex regulatory pain into high-converting copy and landing pages, prioritizing technical trust and clarity over "marketing fluff."
Who You Are
The Creative Scientist: You love A/B testing and data, but you know a winning experiment starts with a creative spark. You are proactive in finding new ways to bring Verified to market.
Scale-up Veteran: 5–7 years in B2B SaaS, preferably in a scale-up environment. You’ve seen what "good" looks like in a high-growth environment and know how to build it from (more or less) zero.
AI-Native: You don't just "use" ChatGPT; you have integrated AI into your daily stack for years to enhance research, copy testing and operational speed.
Specialist-Generalist: You are deeply expert in demand generation, but broad enough to contribute to product marketing, PR and brand strategy.
